Registration for the Convention must be completed online by clicking on the button below and follow the prompts to complete the registration details as requested. - The Secretariat will charge the appropriate full rate if the delegate fails to provide the necessary information or proof. Registration will only be confirmed electronically by e-mail upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
- The Participant Fee include admission to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Cocktail and the Gala Dinner.
- The Spouse Programme fee include admission to Welcome Cocktail and the Gala Dinner.
- Tours, airport transfer and accommodation are optional.
- All fees are inclusive of 6% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
- An e-mail confirming the registration will be sent upon receipt of full payment.
- Please bring along the e-mail confirmation and present it at the Registration Counter when collecting your delegate badge on the Convention day (actual time and date will be informed in due course by e-mail)
- All cancellations of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the 18th APRCE 2017 Convention Secretariat by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Any cancellation received on or before 31st July 2017, Convention fees up to 80% will be refunded after deducting other related fees and charges. **
** This include cost of foreign exchange conversion, Credit Card cancellation fees and/or bank transaction fees.**
- Any cancellations received AFTER 31st July 2017 will not be refunded.
- All refunds will be made in MYR at the prevailing foreign exchange rate.
- Refund for cancellations will be made within three months after the Convention
